#47 Josh Barnett ”How To Quit Quitting”

In this week's episode, I had Josh Barnett on as my guest. He and I had connected through social media; I immediately knew we would be great friends. I admire who he is as a man and what he has been through, and all he has created. Josh is an Author, Speaker & Entrepreneur. While in his 20s. He built the 3rd largest insurance agency in Utah for his company; in his 30s, he built and sold a Million Dollar trucking company. He now owns and manages over 100 rental properties in Northern Utah and coaches other Real Estate investors to duplicate his System. Josh is a Single Dad with four kids and manages his businesses from his HQ in Logan. Today we discussed how he overcame many of his self-limiting beliefs that started at a young age. Something he shares is how quitting was such an easy option for him due to both of his parents living in two different states. Until he went into sales and caught himself wanting to quit, but realized fast that leaving the sales job wasn't an option. So at that moment, he dove into the HOW and took action and became the top salesman very quickly. That experience has set his life up for what he has created it to be now. He has trained his mind, and no matter what has happened, he still conquers. Sometimes it takes someone giving you that push to do that thing that'll create success, giving permission in a way.
