A lot of people are interested in leveraging offshore talent to move their business forward. While this is not a new thing, there are still a lot of limiting beliefs about what you can get help with from offshore teammates. People are worried about the level of skill, getting screwed over, worried about the quality of the work, don’t trust the systems, and don’t know how to get started.
