By doing that, he lets them know, "Yes, your start might be tough, but people who started just like you are now the biggest leaders in this company." Once they commit, he lends them his belief to be the high-level leaders they are about to become.

Next, Balazs wants you to encourage them further by helping them get their first sale within seven days. That first week is when they are most excited and ready to learn. Take advantage of that. You need to teach them to be smart with their first income. Tell them to take the money they make from that first sale and put it right back into the product and training.

At the end of the day, your business grows because you are making sure they succeed first.
