Functional Movement: Centre of Gravity (C.O.G)

This is Episode 17 of Beyond Top 10 Tennis as we take a closer look at what functional movement really means when it comes to your sporting performances and in tennis, what needs to be addressed to build a functional movement pattern. How avoid developing an injury in the next 3-5 years is discussed before shedding light on ensuring players are equipped to stay The Long Game and continue on the WTA or ATP tour for at least an additional 10 years of play opposed to succumbing to injury.
