Often used as holistic personality descriptors, these personality typologies refer specifically to how we respond to stress. Type A - Type A achievement for achievement sake. Leadership is important to type A’s. They are self driven. Type B - People with Type B personality by definition generally live at a lower stress level and typically work steadily, enjoying achievement but not becoming stressed when they are not achieved. Type C - People with type C personality have difficulty expressing emotion and tends to suppress emotions, particularly negative ones such as anger. This means such individual also display 'pathological niceness,' Medical journals even use type D for “distressed” (has all of the worry of type a, with all of the lack of time management of type B) and type E, for someone who fits into none of the above categories.
