On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, it’s amazing that any company would put Joy Reid on the air. She’s very dangerous and she finally got fired from MSNBC. The fact that she held a position with a massive company is an embarrassment. Also, congratulations to Dan Bongino on his very important post – Deputy FBI Director. It’s a hands-on position, and no one is better suited for this role. There’s no better team than FBI Director Kash Patel and Bongino. They are exactly what’s needed: a no-nonsense approach to law and order. Later, Generals shouldn’t assume they have lifetime roles, and those pushing personal agendas should be removed, as President Trump and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth are doing by eliminating radical left policies that have undermined the military. This cleanup seems to be a recurring task for Republican presidents after Democratic ones, reflecting our support and honor for the military. A President needs loyalty to his public agenda, not his personal one. Afterward, what’s wrong with receiving an e-mail asking ‘what did you do last week?’ It’s a massive bureaucracy and we need to know who you are and what you’re doing. DOGE is a threat to the government within the government. Finally, you might believe you own your home, but if you fail to pay property taxes, the government has the power to seize it. This week on the Mark Levin Show, critics are trashing Attorney General Pam Bondi and the Department of Justice for allegedly politicizing prosecutions and investigations. Despite the increasingly alarmist claims about the politicization of the Trump DOJ, the Supreme Court needs to disregard the noise from commentators and swiftly address the judicial overreach by lower court judges who are usurping fundamental executive powers. These district judges are severely undermining the separation of powers and representative government, eroding public trust in the judiciary. It is their politicization that poses a real threat to the justice system. On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, corporate media isn’t dead yet but it’s not what it used to be. It’s filled with propaganda and pseudo-events. There are aggregator sites like Mediaite that don’t have a single clip about the horrors in Israel breaking every hour, but lots of Ukraine-Russia etc. Also, there’s a small percentage of people in America who support Putin, Putinoids, - Trump is not one of them despite the media’s efforts.  The issue with Putin and Russia extends beyond Ukraine, but too often, people fail to see the bigger picture. Putin has openly talked about ambitions that reach far beyond Ukraine's borders. Later, Trump’s minerals strategy is a stroke of genius. Ukraine holds trillions in untapped mineral wealth, a prize Russia is desperate to claim. Rather than simply funneling cash into Ukraine, Trump suggests a smarter play: partner with Ukraine through deals that bring American companies in to mine and process these resources. A mutually beneficial financial arrangement could be struck, fueling Ukraine’s reconstruction while securing vital metals and minerals for the U.S.—and keeping them away from Russia.  This approach outshines the Marshall Plan, offering more than just aid—it’s a strategic win. On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, aggregator sites like Drudge and Mediaite, often run by left-wing individuals, spin content from this show to create misleading headlines, such as claiming Levin is defying President Trump over his views on Putin, and Zelensky. This narrative is pseudo-news meant to provoke a nonexistent feud – it won’t work.  Later, Israel’s Ambassador to the U.S., Yechiel Leiter, called in and emphasized that Israel is engaged in a fight for its civilization. He revealed the grim news that Hamas had returned four bodies, with Hamas shamelessly rejoicing in the act. However, he clarified that the fourth body, Shiri Bibas, was not the mother’s body but instead an unidentified one. These terrorists are monstrous.  Also, Kash Patel has been confirmed as FBI Director. This marks a stark contrast to Trump’s first term when Democrats stalled his nominees for months. Yet, despite not even stepping into the role, Patel is already facing Democrat attacks.  Finally, the EPA discovered that the Biden administration awarded $2 billion to a Stacey Abrams-linked climate group.  There needs to be a criminal investigation of this. None of this would have been uncovered if not for Trump. EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin calls in to discuss these findings. On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, today marks the 80th anniversary of the Battle of Iwo Jima, a brutal conflict against the Japanese in WWII. It’s very important to remember these battles. One might ponder if, even back then, some accused the U.S. of sparking the conflict by provoking Japan. Meanwhile, there are efforts to paint Zelensky as the enemy, but Putin—steeped in his KGB roots—is the real adversary, untrustworthy and dangerous. A peace between these two nations must not come at any price. The notion that Ukraine must hold an election as a precondition for peace is preposterous. It is particularly ironic that Putin insists on elections in Ukraine while Russia itself lacks free and fair electoral processes. Later, a "Free Palestine" movement emerged in a predominantly Orthodox Jewish neighborhood and escalated into violence. Democratic Representative Ritchie Torres commented, "Violence isn’t an anomaly but a core characteristic of the so-called ‘Free Palestine’ movement, which shows no interest in liberating Palestinians from Hamas." Why is this receiving very little media coverage? Is it now considered routine? On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, it has become evident that federal trial courts are engaged in a non-violent insurrection against the elected President and the executive branch, as these judges issue rulings on decisions made by the Trump administration. They act, together, as a super-legislature of unelected lawyers, abusing judicial review and the limited scope of their authority. It is as lawless as anything we've ever seen or experienced in this country. In essence, it is a super unelected legislature, akin to a politburo in Marxist regimes, imposing its collective will. These courts have absolutely no authority to do what they are doing. Also, President Trump has a plan for handling Russia and Ukraine. Today, part of his cabinet met with Russia in Saudi Arabia, though Ukraine and Europe were notably absent. Trump’s not selling out Ukraine; rather, he’s likely focusing on securing a deal with Russia before bringing in others. Afterward, Trump ordered the firing of all remaining Biden U.S. attorneys. That is exactly what needed to be done, and it has been done by past administrations. These are Presidential appointees, and in Biden's case, he chose the most radical, political U.S. attorneys in my lifetime. Now Trump gets to replace them. They have openly declared the U.S. and Israel as enemies. The notion that a nuclear-armed Iran could be controlled is suicidal. Fortunately, Trump's official stance is clear: Iran must never obtain nuclear weapons, and he's leading this policy. Elbridge Colby doesn’t believe Iran should get nukes or that it could be managed anymore. Later, there are deep state allies filing lawsuits to block Trump’s agenda. These radical judges are trying to control the executive branch. The American Bar Association has been a major recipient of USAID funding. Several judges ruling against Trump’s agenda have received USAID funding and they haven’t recused themselves. It seems like everyone has been on the take from USAID. Finally, Democrats are pushing hard for a government shutdown so they can blame Trump, Musk, and the Republicans. This week on the Mark Levin Show, Frédéric Bastiat once stated, 'When plunder becomes a way of life for a group of men in a society, over the course of time they create for themselves a legal system that authorizes it and a moral code that glorifies it.' This is precisely what we are witnessing today. If you stand up against the government for what you see as unconstitutional plunder, Federal Judges tell you that your actions could violate the Constitution or some statute. They assert that the Constitution mandates the appropriation of your tax dollars to subsidize individuals who hate you, or to support other nations. What you are seeing right now is the exposure of this Democrat left-wing power structure that are now under assault by President Trump and Elon Musk. Trump and Musk are challenging the Marxist influence in the U.S., particularly in the economy and government bureaucracy, revealing entrenched corruption. Democrats, along with media, academia, and government unions, are protecting a system that benefits them at the expense of the American public. Despite all the lies and static about “the conservatives” on the present Supreme Court, who are actually originalists doing the job of real jurists, these activists are destroying and intending to destroy the judicial system, using it as a kind of politburo to impose their ideology from the bench. This is the real Constitutional crisis, not President Trump, Elon Musk, and others trying to re-establish separation of powers, representative government, limited central authority, etc. These entities have the temerity to claim Trump is a threat to Constitutional government as they usurp it and him. The truth is, Trump is a threat to them. No judge has the power to run the executive branch, especially when it comes to such basic executive functions as restructuring agencies, personnel matters like severance, temporary holds on spending to conduct reviews, access to agency information to conduct audits, etc. The Democrat Party is actively working to stop efforts by President Trump and Elon Musk to investigate the waste, fraud, and abuse in government. It’s clear the Democrat Party stands for and would not only continue but expand the fraud in government. One must assume they and their groups are benefitting from it.
