Just a couple of hours later, she was found brutally stabbed more than fifty times inside her powder blue Jaguar — parked in broad daylight, in a busy West London car park.

No weapon found. Purse left in the car. No witnesses who could stop it. And the £8,500 Penny withdrew just days before? Gone, without a trace.
