Buying a house is really, really hard. It took our host David 15 years of renting until he was in a position to get on the career ladder. It's a huge milestone, but it comes with debt, and interest. But does it have to?

Former career banker Chris Smith chats to David about his mission to expose how the traditional financial system has failed home ownership, turning the market into a "game of monopoly". He reveals Bloxx, a new financial architecture built on equity and Web3 infrastructure.

By connecting institutional capital directly to buyers, Bloxx enables home access with a 1% deposit and monthly payments up to 30% cheaper than a traditional mortgage, making renting a "dead cost" of the past. This is the generational shift required to get 1.2 billion renters into homes. Too good to be true? Surely the banks won't allow it? Listen in to today's interview to find out more!
