Importance of NIH Funding and the Allergy/Immunology Scientific Community Task Force

The NIH provides the majority of funding for scientific research in all areas of medicine and the proposed budget cuts will drastically effect research now and in the future. President-Elect Carla M. Davis, MD, FAAAAI, discusses a new task force established by the AAAAI Board of Directors that will work to bring more attention to this issue and encourage all of us in allergy/immunology to take action.
