On the latest episode of Thrive Through Intuition Elizabeth Adams speaks with Vanessa Sturman on her journey from having a binge eating disorder to becoming the woman she is today.

Vanessa is a Transformational Health Coach and Award-Winning Speaker.

She helps leaders, the public and sports people eat their way to great performance, increased resilience and a healthy weight by implementing non-restrictive, healthy eating habits and incorporating more delicious, anti-inflammatory, plant based wholefoods. No dieting, no fads and you still get to eat your favourite foods!

She’s a regular on Sky News and BBC Radio, and featured on Talk TV, Times Radio, LBC and many more.

She is regularly invited to speak at conferences and events, such as at the University of Cambridge and events with high-profile personalities. Topics include improving the nation’s health, gut health, nutrition for menopause, and eating for performance.

She graduated from Cambridge University with a BA(Hons) and MPhil in Social and Biological Anthropology, was a successful corporate behaviour change manager, and spent years as a plant-based recipe creator.

This makes her unique as a coach in having extensive practical knowledge of science and people, and creating the most delicious food across cultural cuisines.

Vanessa is known for making a healthy lifestyle non-restrictive, fun and inclusive, and brings this energy to all her speaking engagements.
