Bipolar Clarity: Life After a Bipolar Diagnosis

Bipolar Clarity: Life After a Bipolar Diagnosis

Bipolar Clarity is a calm, practical guide to living with bipolar disorder — made for people who are newly diagnosed, and for the first years after a bipolar diagnosis, when everything feels loud and nobody hands you a manual. Each short episode (15–20 minutes) takes one real situation and gives you language, steps, and questions you can actually use: understanding bipolar 1 and bipolar 2, telling hypomania from mania, recognizing early warning signs, bipolar depression and mixed episodes, sleep and routine, preparing medication conversations with your prescriber, work, relationships, and how to talk to the people who love you. The words come from lived experience: every episode is written by René, who has lived with bipolar disorder for more than 20 years — through decades of misdiagnosis, a late diagnosis, and the slow, unglamorous work of becoming stable. Clara, the presenter, is an AI host; the face is synthetic, the story is real. No hype and no miracle cures. Bipolar disorder is managed, not cured — and a good life is genuinely possible. This podcast is education, not therapy or medical advice; please work with your own clinicians. New episodes weekly. Every episode also exists as a video with subtitles in nine languages at bipolarclarity.com, along with free printable tools and a calm weekly newsletter. If you or someone you love was just diagnosed with bipolar disorder, start with the episode "New Diagnosis? Start Here: 3 Steps to Stabilize Your Mood." You’re in the right place.
