Elaine Hamilton - Exploring Nonduality, Reiki, Meditation and Mindfulness

Elaine Hamilton has been a Reiki teacher for 30 years and explores deeper aspects of Reiki as a path to spiritual growth as well as topics around nonduality, waking up, and enlightenment.

This channel focuses on how to bring more self-empowerment and self-authorisation into your life. Elaine brings a down to earth and grounded perspective on spiritual growth. Her no nonsense approach to healing and finding your inner truth will appeal to those tired of the constant pushing and gaslighting in spiritual circles.
