Trauma/Abuse… The Lotus flower at it’s very foundation begins in the muddy muck, but it’s very essence later reveals a lovely flower and fragrance to behold. It is here I learn valuable lessons as I struggle to grow, bloom and be fully present in my environment. This podcast is sharing my truth and showing up!
