Officials confirmed her body was later found in rural Osceola County, just days after she was first reported missing. Stephan Sterns, her mother's boyfriend and the prime suspect in Madeline's disappearance, is accused of moving her body in the morning hours of Monday, Feb. 26, after killing her in Kissimmee, the Orange County Sheriff's Office said. The medical examiner's office will determine her cause of death. Today, Stephan Sterns waived his right yet again to appear in court. #BestGuests: R. Signs of abuse. Despite all the evidence to the contrary, the Medical Examiner, Dr. Marlon Osbourne, ruled her death a suicide. But, the Greenberg’s fight is far from over in a case that has never been officially investigated. #BestGuests: Ellen’s Parents — Josh + Sandee Greenberg. Joe is a partner with Lamb McErlane PC and practices in the specialties of complex civil litigation, commercial litigation, healthcare litigation, defamation law, insurance coverage litigation, and malicious prosecution litigation. As principal trial counsel or co-counsel, Joe has obtained multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients.
