I’ve believe that the way to create a better world is to create better men but from my own personal experience, doing the right thing has never been easy.

It’s a battle worth discussing and this podcast was born out of nothing but intense curiosity.

I want to dive deep into the minds of my guests and pick away at what being a better man means, how we can all create a life worth living, and more importantly how to deal with the dark thoughts and realities that often plague our existence.

Becoming the best human I can be, and helping others become one too is my mission.

It’s not always pretty, but the truth rarely is.
