In this episode hosts Marco Permunian and Rafael Di Furia discuss part of the process of claiming Italian citizenship by descent also know as Jure Sanguinis and applying outside of Italy at an Italian consulate to get Italian citizenship by descent. Getting Italian citizenship in this way does give the right to a person to get an Italian passport and move to Italy if they so choose. Italian citizenship opens up many doors and comes with many benefits including all of the benefits of being a citizen of Europe and the ability to enjoy the freedom of movement between European nations.
