Little Kayleen was born to meth-addicted parents and drowned in a bathtub shortly after her unplanned home birth, all because her mother, Taylor, was afraid that authorities would find drugs in the little girl's system. To add insult to injury, the baby's father, Brandon Thoma, discarded the newborn's remains as if they were garbage.
