Happy New Year 2021! Tips for impossible goals!
Happy New year! I reflect on the past year. How I got started by listening to the voice in my head. Yeah, kinda like Frozen 2 (which my kids are currently watching). - You have to deal with your limiting beliefs that aren’t moving you forward Impossible goal for 2021 – how about intimacy? It is the journey, not the destination – a journey of 1,000 miles starts with a single step. It is not the YOU when you get there – but the journey What is your reason for your goal? If it is so you feel better about yourself, ask yourself why you can’t feel good about yourself now. You are worthy now, just as you are. Nothing you can get/obtain will CREATE the worthiness. Feeling of worthiness comes from thoughts, not circumstances. So, if you want to have a better sex life to feel worthy as a spouse etc etc….what is preventing you from feeling worthy as a spouse now? Watch out for the SHOULDS! I also share the top four rules by Dr. Rachel Carlton Abrams in “the Multi-Orgasmic Woman". Self-cultivation – best renaming EVER! And in the meantime, remember, you are not broken. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/kj-casperson/message Learn more about your ad choices. Dr. Ashley Winter - Penis Doctor
Dr. Winter is a urologist. She grew up in New Jersey and went to Rutgers for undergrad. She did her urology residency at Cornell in NYC. She did her fellowship with Dr. Irwin Goldstein in San Diego – the only fellowship for women’s sexual health that exists! She currently works at Kaiser in Portland. She is active on twitter at @AshleyGWinter She is on FB at @ashleywintermd Her podcast is called “the Full Release” which she co-hosts with her husband Mo Mandel. https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-full-release-health-relationships-comedy/id1346835576 So excited to have you! 1) How did you find Urology 2) Why a fellowship? 3) We ponder the lack of education and acknowledgement of the clitoris in exams and education. 4) What is your favorite procedure in urology and why? 5) How do you take care of penis health? 6) Biggest misperception about the penis? 7) How penis bearing people have hurt themselves. 8) Any advice if a penis isn’t working as well as it should? 9) Do OCT penis supplements work? 10) What is Peyronies Disease? 11) Biggest misperception you see with people and sex? 12) How did you find a comedian as a fiancé? 13) How did your podcast come to life? My favorite tweet of Dr. Winter’s: The actual text of the review states: "The findings support the role of the clitoris in attaining sexual orgasm." NOTHING NEEDS TO SUPPORT THAT. That would be equal to saying, "This data supports the role of the eyeball in seeing." The clitoris DESERVES BETTER. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/kj-casperson/message Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
