Kymaletha Brown, founder of The Great Divine Center and the Goddess Great Maternal Infant Health Program, joins the 1 Girl Revolution Podcast to share her life story, how she got interested in maternal and infant health and wellness, and to talk about the incredible work she’s doing through The Great Divine Center and Goddess Great. The Great Divine Center is the first black-owned women’s wellness center in Detroit, and it’s a one-stop-shop for clinical mental health counseling, dance, yoga, meditation, hypnobirthing, doula support, and more. Goddess Great provides home-based childbirth education and infant health services for Medicaid eligible families.
