Ray Gricar - Where are you?

Ray Gricar was planning to retire in January 2006 when he mysteriously went missing in April 2005 after a supposed leisurely drive in his red Mini Cooper. No one has reported ever seeing or hearing from him again after his county-issued laptop turned up in the Susquehanna River. Let's talk about it.
