A great interview with Mike Scott on attitude and learning from adversity and defeat in these challenging times we find ourselves.With over 20 years as an ‘in the trenches’ entrepreneur Mike has developed a deep understanding, capability and passion for small businesses operating systems and service leadership particularly in the tech space.As co-founder and CEO of NONA he has and continues to have the privilege of leading an award winning team of exceptional software developers and designers to become a truly remarkable global business, operating at the highest levels and partnering with leading businesses across the world.He was an early adopter in the blockchain space, getting involved in 2012. This led to NONA choosing blockchain as one of its core focuses in late 2016. Since then NONA has gone on to add blockchain focused software projects for some of the world’s leading blockchain based businesses to it’s portfolio.He has a passion for working with highly motivated small business leaders to run better businesses and to be better versions of themselves. This has led to a deep focus on incorporating coaching into his leadership practice.He moved to Australia in 2019 to continue NONA’s globalisation and to ‘write the book’ on being a truly remote CEO. He is a proud member of the Entrepreneurs Organisation and currently serves on the Adelaide board as Marketing and Communications Chair.
