Om episode

One of my FAVOURITE topics to go deep on and something we all need to be aware of. I've found a real trend as I've been meeting more and more ADHD'ers, everyone has had experiences with severely toxic people or who they would describe as Narcissists. By bringing light to the ways in which we may bond quickly to someone, only to find out later they are toxic, we can hopefully avoid them all together. Most of the ADHD traits that attract narcissists, are also ones that attract wonderful people into our lives.... they're not flaws we need to fix, but we do need to be more aware of the motivation of people around us.Book towards the end: The Worthy Project by Meadow DecorIf you enjoyed this episode and want to share your experience with toxic/narcissistic people, come comment on our socials listed below.
