Emotional regulation issues are common with Adult ADHD. When looking for advice on how to process those emotions, there's one technique that keeps coming up, no matter the source.... JOURNALLING. Writing down your thoughts and feelings can work wonders but I don't know about you.....my ADHD brain works way too fast for my hands to keep up! (Don't even get me started on the intense boredom of typing!) So I came up with this hack as alternative. Even managed to give it a manifesting angle to make it extra juicy!!
