Turning compliments into insults -- the uncanny skill that many over-thinkers have mastered. Is it their own insecurities? Is it the ability to see through bullshit? Either way, accepting compliments isn't always an easy and comfortable thing for people. But thank God for football season! A highly anticipated distraction for the next few months -- shifting the focus off of our personal problems and onto fantasy leagues and pro teams. And for whatever football can't fix, there's always church and Christian music.
