Fairy Tales: Pinocchio

Centuries ago there lived -"A king!" my little readers will say immediately. No, children, you are mistaken. Once upon a time there was a piece of wood.That piece of wood became our beloved little liar, Pinocchio. But the original version, written by Carlo Collodi in the early 1880s, is a far cry from when Disney has made us a bit more familiar with.
