Alex’s entrepreneurial story began early. At just ten years old, he launched his first business selling used golf balls from his local course—an early hint of the builder, strategist, and problem-solver he would become. By sixteen, he founded a real estate technology company creating virtual home tours, later expanding into real estate investing. But like many young investors entering the 2007–2009 recession, Alex faced substantial financial loss. The setback forced him to close his startup, leave college, and rebuild from the ground up—an experience he now credits as one of the most transformative seasons of his life.

Pivoting into the aerospace industry, Alex worked his way from a part-time receiving clerk to an executive within a publicly traded, multi-billion-dollar organization. Over fifteen years, he contributed to major growth initiatives, mergers, and acquisitions. Alongside his corporate career, Alex and his wife, Alecia, built one of the most successful church small group programs in the United States, a framework that continues to be used globally. Despite his success in corporate leadership and ministry, Alex’s entrepreneurial drive resurfaced. After several side-hustle attempts and many “failed” experiments, his passion finally found alignment in podcasting—an industry he believed was underserved and full of potential.
