In today's podcast we break down the book The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. We will be discussing this book and a five-part series. The first series is about breaking the cycle of mental domestication. When it comes to The Four Agreements and learning about it the first thing we have to do is challenge what we've been taught in this life. And part of challenging that will be to help break the cycle of what we've been taught. So in order to break the cycle we have to do a number of things we have to conquer our fear and we have to conquer our fear of rejection. And we have this fear of rejection because we've been taught that there is a way that we must act. In the way that we must act has been taught to us since the day that we've been born. And when we don't follow these structures that people before us has set it creates a fear of rejection and all it does is eat at you. And it eats at you because now you have to put on it Act of who you are and not actually be who you truly are. And if you cannot achieve the Oneness of actually being one with your soul then it is Hell on Earth. So the first part of the book teaches you how did challenge your thought process in order down the Breakthrough to fully accept and understand the rest of the book.
