NASCAR vs. Jordan: Inside Antitrust Trial | John Driskell Hopkins Talks Music and ALS

CBS News' Chris Livesay reports. The Trump administration is rejecting accusations that at least one of its attacks on an alleged drug boat may amount to a war crime. The White House acknowledges a second strike on one boat did happen and claimed it was legal. Former U.S. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, who served under President George W. Bush, explains the latest on the attacks, if he thinks a war crime was committed and what happens next. NASCAR is being sued by two racing teams in federal court, one of which is co-owned by NBA legend Michael Jordan, alleging the premiere racing organization in the U.S. is violating antitrust laws. NASCAR says it has done nothing wrong. CBS News' Adriana Diaz reports. Taxpayer-funded charter schools are spreading in communities around the country, offering a curriculum with a Eurocentric focus that stresses traditional values.
