Today is a great day in the world of the Leaving Eden Podcast, because it marks the return of Sadielock Holmes and Nancy Jew. Sadie and Gavi revisit the mystery of Paul Sand (Episode 26), a "true" story put forward by Jack Hyles in his famous sermon, "Duty." A tip from listener Casey Atkins (Thank you Casey!) points them in the direction of the 1964 murder of Agnes Farris, at the hand of her husband, Edward Wayne Farris. Certain details are too consistent to be coincidence. Other details are irreconcilable with the story told by Hyles. Is this the murder from the sermon? And what does this say about the man who delivered the sermon? Sadie and Gavi are on the case!
