But unfortunately, Austin's abusive partner began to nitpick every little thing she did. Austin's life was under a microscope. And things only escalated from there.

It's a story of intergenerational trauma, caretaking, being a burden, perfectionism, nitpicking, breadcrumbs, physical abuse, self compassion, death, grief, neglect, fear, gaslighting, blame shifting, minimization, infidelity, jealousy, rage, intimidation, self defense, and much more.
