Welcome to the Finding Freedom podcast. I am so happy to be here speaking to all of you about creating a profound life and teaching you how to access and harness the most important freedom: inner freedom.

In this first episode, I am sharing with you my knowledge of nervous system regulation, what dysregulation looks like, and how your own regulation is the non-negotiable building block for realising your dreams, living with love and capturing the present moment with your heart.
