Kathy Hadizadeh (Kathy on Facebook) is a Californian former IT executive turned into a personal and leadership self development coach and a mindfulness educator. Kathy talks about how after a life changing experience set her on the path to understanding "what it means to relax our brain?" How do we take care of the most important organ of our body that almost never stops working. In her quest for finding what helps the performance and fitness of our brain, she talks about the integral connection between heart, body and spirit. We dive into a lot of topics around meditation, connecting with the head and the heart and I really enjoyed going deep into this topic with Kathy.
