Vision - Declare It

Today we discuss the first of the Seven Critical Factors to Team Strong Leadership - The Vision Factor. All teamwork starts with a common vision.

We’ve dreamt of The Vision, the first of the three elements of vision. The next element is Declaring It. The Vision needs to be defined and documented by a plan that others are also willing to declare. Declaring it is the first ACTION step to realizing The Vision.
