Trust - Stay Credible

Trust is next up on the list of SevenCritical Factors to Team Strong Leadership. The Trust factor again has 3 critical elements - Be and stay credible, be dependable and continue to serve.

Credibility is the starting off point of the trust factor:

Credibility comes from competence and commitment
Credibility is the quality of being trusted and believed in.
Credible means you are authentic.
