Resilience - Acknowledge the Threats

The Resilience Factor elements generate courage for the team and its members. The essential elements - Acknowledge the threats, persevere through the middle, overcome in the end.

Acknowledging the threats is the first step of resilience. Often the need for courage is sprung upon us when we least expect it. It’s about recognizing the fears we have about those problems. When you acknowledge the threats, you can activate your courage, and courage leads to resilience.
