Ep. 09: Steve Richmond - Stages Of Manhood

There's a natural process that a boy goes through on his way to becoming a man. But arriving at manhood isn't as simple as turning a certain age or achieving anything superficial. Certain foundations have to be laid along the way so that each stage of growth has something solid to build on and the boy develops a solid character. Going through this development with fathers and strong masculine role medals is essential.

How to find success throughout your life by surrounding yourself with men.
The consequences of going it alone.

Steve is a professional coach, working with men, women, and couples for 30 years. He's not in the business of giving advice. He listens intuitively to what's going on and turns obstacles in to opportunities. He's a man who's learned from his mistakes and realized he wanted to be more for his kids, and to lead a successful life. He's been doing men's work since 1994.
