Reclaiming our ancestral language of herbs

Reclaiming our ancestral language of herbs

Our gardens and green spaces offer a powerful way to reconnect with nature, reclaim ancestral knowledge, and take charge of our own health and wellbeing.

The ancient practice of herbalism not only provides natural remedies but also encourages a slower, more mindful approach to life, helping us find balance in our fast-paced world.

By embracing herbalism, we can develop a deeper understanding of our environment and our place within it, fostering a more sustainable and harmonious relationship with the earth.

On this episode, Tatjana is joined by Danièle Fogel, founder and owner of Yervika, herbalist and educator. Danièle guides people to reorient towards nature and their inherent belonging to the earth. Through her teachings, she promotes the reclamation of ancestral knowledge and wisdom, and encourages better balance with the earth and our environments.
