INTERVIEW: Grace O’Malley (Unwell and Barstool Sports) Mentions It All! Sunday, January 11th, 2026 | Sarah Fraser

ICYMI, this episode aired in October of 2025. In this episode, I had the pleasure of chatting with the incredibly talented Grace O'Malley, a top comedian and podcaster on the Unwell Network. We bonded over our New England roots and discussed her journey from Barstool Sports to stand-up comedy and podcasting. Grace shared her aspirations of joining SNL, the challenges of transitioning to a solo podcast host, and her recent decision to take a break from drinking. We also delved into her writing process, her experiences touring with Whitney Cummings, and her love for reality TV, including the Housewives and the Paul brothers' show. Grace's candidness and humor made for an engaging and insightful conversation about the comedy industry, personal growth, and the evolving media landscape.
