Imagine learning about all of the latest and greatest metal bands without the help of Spotify or the internet. Back in THE METAL DAYS OF YORE, it was all about social networking (sans social media) and getting dubbed cassettes from your friends (or forming your own metal band with those friends) that helped you on your way towards finding the greatest and most obscure thrash and metal that you were looking for.

It’s time for a HEAVY METAL HIGH SCHOOL REUNION in The Bunkerpoon because we’ve got a very special guest with us and we’re talking all about the glory days of our metal youth. From our first thrash and arena rock shows to our first band experiences, to all of the bands we got into back in the late 80’s and early 90’s, this episode will feel like a trip back in time.
