Happy Wellness Wednesday lovers! 🦋

In this episode, I’m inviting you behind the scenes of my vision board process - not as a rushed January ritual, but as a slow, soulful practice that unfolds over time.

Rather than forcing clarity at the start of the year, I share how I allow my vision to emerge gently over the course of a few months. This includes reflecting on and respecting everything 2025 has already offered, gathering inspiration slowly as life unfolds, and noticing what consistently calls for my attention. Only then do I dedicate an intentional evening to bringing it all together - cutting, creating, and weaving meaning into something tangible 🫶🏻

I also talk about honouring the fact that as the year evolves, so too can your vision. That you’re allowed to change, refine, soften, expand. Your vision board doesn’t need to be fixed - it gets to breathe alongside you.

This episode is for anyone who feels pressure to “have it all figured out,” anyone craving a more intuitive, seasonal approach to dreaming, and anyone who wants their vision to feel like a living, breathing relationship rather than a rigid plan.
