Mark is HR consultant from PwC Malta and presents findings from the 2022 HR Pulse Survey. This survey looked into identifying the key HR challenges being faced by local organisations and to gain insight on the priorities for people management going forward. We cover an in-depth view on the results of iGaming respondents with a focus on Employer Branding and innovative HR practices, as well as the key priorities and challenges of the HR function

ABOUT MARK GRECH:

Mark is responsible for HR Consulting services at PwC Malta. He is an HR subject matter expert, an experienced trainer and a certified executive coach. Prior to joining PwC, he worked as a Talent Development specialist within the iGaming industry. He has experience working with a number of organisations in devising and implementing talent management, workforce and change management strategies. Mark is passionate about people development and has a keen interest in how jobs and skill requirements are being impacted by digital transformation.
