Manifestation Begins with Receiving

This is part 3 of our Manifestation series. We discuss and explore how Reiki energy empowers our ability to receive and how receiving is a foundation of manifestation. Before action, before effort, before form, there is listening, inner awareness, and receptivity. Reiki supports this process by helping us receive clarity, timing, ideas, and alignment through the body, the mind, and the soul.

This discussion continues our ongoing manifestation teachings from parts 1 & 2, beginning with Reiki and listening, intention, and the Burning Bowl Ceremony. Those discussions and journeys supported letting go of what no longer belongs on your path and recognizing the gifts and talents you are ready to bring forward.

In this session, Colleen shares personal experiences from her Reiki and shamanic training, including how learning to receive transformed her spiritual path, her work, and her understanding of creation itself. Receiving is not passive. It is an active state of awareness that allows ideas, guidance, and practical next steps to arrive naturally.

We also explore how receiving relates to timing, urgency, compassion, and daily life. Whether you have time for a full self-Reiki practice or need Reiki on the fly, receiving can happen in small moments throughout the day. Reiki supports you in listening to yourself, aligning with your own timing, and allowing manifestation to unfold through clarity rather than force.
