Leading difficult conversations

You may be required to have one-on-one difficult conversation with an under performing employee or even set expectations with an unreasonable boss who is creating impediments, jeopardizing organization's interest. These conversations are required in boardrooms as well as on personal front in family rooms with an intention to help correct course for those who matter.
