Earlier this month a father and his 5-year-old son were detained by immigration authorities in Minneapolis, sparking new outrage. At the boy's elementary school, the staff is working a second shift to deliver food and supplies to their immigrant families. The school principal spoke to Lilia Luciano about the school's efforts, the boy's detainment and ICE's operation. Tom Brady, who spent 20 years playing for coach Bill Belichick on the New England Patriots, expressed shock that his longtime coach wasn't elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame on the first ballot, saying, "there's no coach I'd rather play for." Belichick won a record six Super Bowls with the Patriots. NASA is preparing for its first crewed mission around the moon in more than 50 years. Jimenez is a high school band director, who has taught for 19 years at the school. Alex Warren's hit song "Ordinary," a love letter to his wife, became Billboard's song of the summer in 2025. He spoke to "CBS Mornings" about his music journey and the challenges that came along the way, including losing his father to cancer at a young age. Natalie Morales reports.
