The problem is guilt, misinformation, and nervous system disconnection. In this episode, I break down the biggest masturbation myths and explain what actually supports sexual health, erections, confidence, and pleasure after 50. I talk about porn use, erectile dysfunction, testosterone fears, technique, frequency, and shame. I also explain why orgasms act like pelvic floor training and why mindful self pleasure strengthens partner sex instead of replacing it.
