Free Exchange: Lockdown vs liberty with Jonathan Sumption

Few have opposed the Government’s handling of the pandemic with as much eloquence and authority as Lord Sumption. As England was put back under stay-at-home-orders he spoke to CapX about the ethics and efficacy of lockdown.
