On this week’s episode of The True North Show I am joined by Donna Sullivan who brings so much joy and deep insight to our conversation. Donna and I have known each other for quite some time so it was lovely to take the time to have this conversation and learn how her experiences evolved into the work that she now does with her clients. Donna shares with us a very personal story about her brother and how his journey has led to so many beautiful moments in her life.

Donna Sullivan is an Australian holistic intuitive healer and personal and spiritual development coach who believes transformation is always possible when we reconnect with our inner wisdom. Donna’s work helps people move from fear, anxiety, and emotional pain into clarity, peace, and genuine self-worth by reconnecting them with their inner truth.

Her journey began in her early thirties while thriving in a corporate role in Sydney, when sudden, debilitating anxiety and panic attacks brought her life to a halt. Instead of accepting long-term medication as her only option, she followed a strong inner knowing that another way was possible and committed to understanding her anxiety rather than hiding from it. Repeating the affirmation “My name is Donna Sullivan, and I am triumphant,” she began exploring holistic healing, including Reiki, BodyTalk®, ThetaHealing®, energy work, and past-life exploration, gradually reclaiming her life and discovering her purpose.

Today, Donna is known for her grounded, compassionate approach that combines intuition with practical emotional tools. She creates safe, supportive spaces for clients to release old stories, heal emotional patterns, and reconnect with their authentic power through one-on-one sessions, coaching, workshops, and courses. Her mission is to raise consciousness and teach forgiveness as a powerful pathway to freedom, guiding people to transform from the inside out and step into a life of clarity, self-love, and joy.
