A Conversation with ROESWRLD

ROESWRLD is a South Carolina-born R&B soul singer with a voice rooted in church pews and melodies shaped by Neo Soul, blues, and old-school soul. A true music geek and former marching band kid, ROESWRLD has always had a deep connection to music thanks in part to a father who sang in a 70s band and sparked that generational rhythm.

Though once too shy to sing lead, ROESWRLD now fully embraces her voice, using rich vocal stacks and smooth melodic flows to express raw emotion and real-life experiences. Her sound doesn’t aim to fit in a box it's fluid, honest, and open to interpretation. She writes music for women who want to feel sexy, liberated, and unashamed singing about toxic love, healing, and self-realization with soulful transparency.

ROESWRLD is finally stepping into the spotlight, sharing the voice she once kept hidden—and creating space for others to do the same.
