Bringing Life Back to the Stage at Sauk Valley Community College!

On this episode of Along the Rock, host Emma Watts sits down with Falan Schwarz, Rowan Geske, and Sam Mauch to discuss the exciting revival of the theater program at Sauk Valley Community College.

After years of inactivity, theater is once again taking center stage at SVCC. The guests share how they identified a creative void on campus, rallied student interest, and brought performances back to life in the Jerry Mathis Theater. From launching the club with a successful variety show to planning a full-length student-written production this spring, the group explains how theater is reconnecting students and the community through creativity and collaboration.
