Who are Mark & Meg?

Today, we have an incredible duo joining us—Meg Smith & Mark Smith from Cloverbase. Meg brings a wealth of experience from her decade at Google, working across Australia, Europe, and New Zealand. Now, she’s focused on AI adoption and Microsoft career programs like the 90 Day Mentoring Challenge, which has helped countless professionals navigate the Microsoft ecosystem. Mark’s journey is equally inspiring—he didn’t love school and started out as a groundskeeper, but he became the first person in New Zealand to implement Microsoft CRM. His career in Microsoft BizApps has taken him around the world, and he’s a 13-time Microsoft MVP and a 16-year MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer). He also founded the Microsoft Innovation Podcast and serves as the CTO (Chief Thinking Officer) at Cloverbase and a Managing Partner at Cloud Lighthouse.
